History of the Klenk company

1926
Registration of the company Karl Klenk Ernsthofen at the Chamber of Trade, Darmstadt.
1955
Karl-Heinz Klenk enters his father’s company.
1961
Karl-Heinz Klenk starts up his own business and founds the company
Klenk und Sohn.
1967
The company Karl Klenk is taken
over by Klenk und Sohn.

Udo Klenk enters the company
1980
Joint management by Karl-Heinz Klenk and Udo Klenk. The company’s name is changed from Klenk und Sohn OHG into Klenk and Sohn GmbH
1992
Udo Klenk becomes the sole C.E.O. of
the company Klenk und Sohn GmbH
1992
Karl-Heinz Klenk retires.
1998
Founding of the subsidiary company Klenk Bohrtechnik GmbH

Founding of the subsidiary company
